Description of roundtable discussion: I intend to discuss the benefits of herbs for addressing such issues as menopause, fatique and compromised immune systems. I can be very flexible with my discussion and go in the direction of the questions asked of me.

Description of practice: I am a practicing herbalist who has graduated from David Winston's School of Herbal Therapeutics. I offer a balanced approach of herbs, supplements and dietary adjustments in order to achieve well being. My store, Second Nature, is a full service natural foods store specializing in organic, whole foods and we carry many items for those with food sensitivities. Either myself or my partner André Cholmondeley are always present for personal assistance and guidance.
