Irene plans to give a very brief history/explanation of Trager, do a demonstration of "Mentastics" (mental gymnastics) (which is described as 'Trager off the table') and involve the others at the table in doing Mentastics. It works well to do a mentastic "exercise" on one arm or one leg, and compare the resultant feeling with the other extremity. As time allows Irene may give a brief description of Integrative Manual Therapy. However, and perhaps demonstrate a Muscle Energy technique which is one of the first classes in IMT.
