Life coaching helps you clarify goals, set outcomes, examine and manage obstacles and move forward in action. In this roundtable discussion, you will spin the “Wheel of Life”, vision for specific outcomes, set S.M.A.R.T. goals, and uncover the self-sabotaging “gremlins” that prevent you from having all that you want.
